New AC Brushless Impact Wrenches
Hitachi is proud to announce the launch of their brand new and innovative Electric Brushless Impact Wrench range on to the Australian market.
As a world’s first, Hitachi has combined the now very popular brushless motor technology with a range of electric Impact Wrenches including the WR16SE 12.7mm square drive, WR22SE 19mm square drive and WR25SE 25.4mm square drive. These maintenance free electric brushless motors produce a high level of power and torque, and all models feature forward and reverse rocker switches allowing the user to tighten and loosen standard and high tension bolts with ease.
Thanks to their electric brushless motors, these new models are more compact and light in weight compared to the previous brushed motor models, making them easy to use for prolonged periods of time. Another benefit of the electric brushless motor is that it can be used with a petrol powered generator as they continually monitor power and load. They also provide stable torque when used with extension cords...
18V Brushless 83mm Band Saw
The new 18v Slide Brushless Band Saw from Hitachi achieves an impressive 83mm depth of cut making it a versatile machine for multiple applications. The CB18DBL utilizes the legendary Hitachi brushless motor reducing size and weight while increasing power and performance.
The CB18DBL is equipped with Hitachi’s original Auto Mode function. While in the Auto Mode (A) setting, the motor RPM is decreased when not under load conserving battery power while producing less noise, when placed under load the motor RPM will automatically increase. The Auto Mode function is found on the variable speed dial that allows the user to freely set the circumferential speed from 80m/min to 195m/min...

The Hitachi Deep Cut 165mm Brushless Circular Saw has landed!
Not only will the C18DBAL cut deep, the performance is outstanding with the ingenious rotation speed change over function which allows dual mode settings. The silent mode setting reduces the max motor RPM enabling efficient work with less noise and when the load increases during Silent mode, the tool will automatically switch over to Power mode and revert back to Silent mode when the load decreases. In Power mode, no change is made to Silent mode even when the load decreases.
As always, Hitachi has included state of the art safety features such as overload protection which cuts off the power to the motor in the event of overloading the motor or a conspicuous reduction in rotational speed during operation protecting the user from harm and the motor and battery from damage. The C18DBAL is also fitted with further safety features such as soft start to reduce kick back on start-up and an electric brake that rapidly stop blade rotation once the trigger is released...
